HAVANA, Cuba.- The execution of the Plan of Economy in the first semester will focus the agenda of the Cuban deputies to the ninth regular session of the eighth legislature of the National Assembly of People´s Power, convened for next July 14.

Miriam Brito, secretary of the Cuban Parliament, pointed out to the press that they will also discuss on the liquidation of the State budget in 2016 and the situation of the bill on land waters.

Tarea Vida (Life Task), a State plan for climate change confrontation, will also be a subject of analysis at the plenary session of the National Assembly on July 14, Brito said.

On July 13, the official added, the parliamentarians will learn on the state of the Society’s Computerization program, and the meetings of parliamentary groups by geographic areas will take place.
