Argentine group “Not One Less” will manifest against male violence.
BUENOS AIRES, Argentina.- The Not One Less Argentine group will massively retake the streets of Argentina, to express their discontent against the economic asphyxiation and male violence, which has claimed hundreds of victims in this country.
A statement issued by the feminist movement says they retake the streets because every day they see how economic violence implodes in houses, neighborhoods, and their bodies.
The Not One Less Argentine group considers the situation of violence is observed in girls forced to gestate, in femicides, the murders of lesbians and transvestites, in indigence and evictions, among other manifestations.
Women demand that the government issues an emergency declaration for gender-based violence, the adoption of the Act on Voluntary Termination of Pregnancy, presented once again in the Congress, and the application of comprehensive sex education.
