CARACAS, Venezuela.-On entering tomorrow in its second day of work, the members of the National Constituent Assembly face the challenge of avoiding the Magna Carta to contain laws affecting most of Venezuelans.

Several analyzes agree in this sense and call the elected of the people to avoid mistakes that are present in the Constitution of 1999, which includes regulations affecting the country and its inhabitants.

In this regard, writer and historian Luis Britto estimated that with the victory on July 30, Bolivarianism confirmed once again it is not a simple movement, beyond that there is a people waiting for mistakes to be avoid.

Experts assert the Constituent will not neutralize by itself the offensive of a fourth generation war, but it makes possible to create the norms allowing Venezuela to exercise the right to defend itself.
