In Cuba first group of health collaborators from Ecuador

HAVANA, Cuba. – With satisfaction of the work done, the first group of health collaborators who fulfilled a solidarity mission in Ecuador, arrived in Havana after the government of that country terminated and did not renew six specific cooperation agreements.

The Minister of Public Health, Jose Angel Portal, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Anayansi Rodriguez, and Secretary General of the National Union of Workers of the sector Santiago Badia, welcomed the collaborators at Jose Marti International Airport.

The Minister emphasized that the work carried out in Ecuador, as it has happened in the rest of the 164 countries with which Cuba has collaborated, has been strictly humanistic and exemplary.

Collaborator Jesus Tamayo said they arrive in the Fatherland with the work done, ready for new tasks.
