MOSCOW, Russia. – Attorney General Offices of Cuba and Russia maintain positive bonds of cooperation, as it was known during the welcome ceremony of the Cuban Ambassador to the institution of Justice of the Eurasian nation.

Yuri Chaika, Attorney General of the Russian Federation, and GerardoPenalver Portal, Ambassador of Cuba in that country, held a fraternal meeting. The collaboration is expressed through the constant exchange of experiences and the participation of delegations from both countries in events.

Penalver Portal took the opportunity to thank the support of this institution and its academy to the improvement of the qualification of Cuban prosecutors, from the course organized annually since 2014.

He also referred to the tenth International Meeting on the Penal Sciences, and the second edition of the event Legality, Law and Society to be held in Cuba.
