Havana, Cuba.- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez received First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Titov, in this capital, in which they coincided in promoting bilateral ties.

The meeting took place in the context of the visit made by Titov to the Caribbean island, on occasion of political consultations between the chancelleries.
