Ireland’s President Michael Higgins and Cuba’s Miguel Diaz-Canel held official talks in Dublin on Monday on the second day of the Caribbean president’s visit to this country.
Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, President of the Republic of Cuba, was greeted by the Prime Minister of Ireland, Leo Varadkar, as part of his official visit to that European nation, which began on Sunday.
The President of Ireland, Michael Higgins, received today his Cuban counterpart Miguel Diaz-Canel at the presidential residence, where after the protocol acts of welcome they dialogued in a frank atmosphere.
