Cuban President meets with Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel met on Tuesday with Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev, whom he conveyed a special greeting from the first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, Raul Castro.
