Cuban first Vice-President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, Commander of the Revolution Ramiro Valdes Menendez and Ulises Guilarte de Nacimiento, secretary general of the Workers’ Central Union of Cuba inaugurated this Friday the plant of containers of Pinar del Rio.
