HOLGUIN, Cuba. – Gladys Bejerano Portela, Comptroller General of the Republic of Cuba, urged in Holguin to increase discipline in entities, to make them more efficient and transparent.

During the check of the results of the twelfth National Verification at Internal Control, Bejerano highlighted that the spirit of consecration should be increased in enterprises and an attitude of change favoring the establishment of the internal control system.

In the meeting they reported the results of the twenty nine control actions executed in 2017 by the Provincial Comptroller in the municipalities of Holguín, Gibara, Cueto, Mayarí, Frank Pais, and Moa.

In addition, Bejerano Portela stated that it is urgent for companies to be consistent with the ideas of Fidel, Che and Raul, and to work together in favor of economic development.
