VILLA CLARA, Cuba.- Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, visited this Wednesday some facilities of Villa Clara, including the Company of Dairy Products, and he was interested in their functioning.

Diaz-Canel called to turn the dairy company into a strong pole of the food industry, in the production of milk and soy derivatives.

The Cuban President also was at the Provincial Raw Material Recovery Company, in which he exchanged with the executives and workers on their mission to contribute to the development of Cuban society.

Diaz-Canel visited later the Sleeper Factory in Santa Clara, where he attended the assembly where the draft Constitution of the Republic was debated, as part of the popular consultation carried out in the country.

In his route through Villa Clara, the Cuban President is accompanied by Party leaders in the province and the Provincial Assembly of People’s Power, as well as other national officials.
