LAS TUNAS, Cuba. – The Bank of Credit and Commerce (BANDEC) has granted more than 20 credits for financial assistance to victims of Hurricane Irma in the first week of procedures in Las Tunas.
With an amount exceeding 20 thousand pesos, they support families in the purchase of materials for constructive tasks, after total and partial collapses, and affectations of housing roofs, which exceed four thousand in the province.
In the Popular Councils´ offices in each municipality there are representatives of BANDEC, who guide the people, receive the applications and carry out the procedures in the branches, prior presentation of the certificate of victims.
Another requirement is to show the technical information issued by the Housing Department, which must be under the name of the owner or person authorized to be a beneficiary of financing.
