Diaz-Canel highlights meaning of his visit to Angola.

LUANDA, Angola. – The Cuban first Vice-President, Miguel Diaz-Canel, valued as an unforgettable visit his four-day stay in Angola, on the occasion of the inauguration of President Joao Lourenço.

He added that the visit brings many experiences to contribute to the strengthening of the already historical, narrow and brotherhood relations between the Republic of Angola and Cuba.

Diaz-Canel highlighted it was very significant when they arrived in that country, when a new president, Comrade Joao Lourenço, took office, which marks the continuity of the programs of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola and consolidates this political force as fundamental in the country.

The Cuban first Vice-President also mentioned the invitation of Army General Raul Castro to Lourenço to visit Cuba when he wishes, as President of the Republic of Angola.
