Caracas, Venezuela- The Venezuelan press highlighted today the message sent by the Cuban president, Miguel Diaz-Canel, to the Venezuelan Government and people regarding the 207 years of the Declaration of Independence of the South American country.
The President of Cuba ratified the commitment to strengthen the brotherhood and cooperation between both nations; that is why, the sovereignty of the two countries must be defended in front of international pretensions, according to Venezuelan News Agency.
According to the message, Diaz-Canel confirmed that all peoples have the right to peace, well-being and genuine Latin American and Caribbean integration.
On Thursday, the Venezuelan people staged a civic-military parade to commemorate the 207 years of the signing of the Declaration of Independence Act of Venezuela and the founding of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces.
