AUSTRIA, Vienna. – Cuba, led by Dr. Ruben Remigio Ferro, President of the People´s Supreme Court, participates in the forum for the launching of the Global Judicial Integrity Network, which began in Vienna.

The delegation is also made up of Marieta Garcia, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy, and Pedro Medina, head of Communication and International Relations at the Court.

The central purpose of the event is the establishment of an international body dedicated to defending judicial integrity and preventing corruption in justice systems.

The meeting envisages the adoption of a declaration with international commitments to continue discussing common challenges and best practices for transparency in justice systems
