HAVANA, Cuba.- The whole of Cuba pays tribute today to the historic leader of the Revolution, Fidel Castro with multiple homages dedicated to remembering his legacy as the third anniversary of his physical disappearance is celebrated.
The President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, on his Twitter account wrote: How to remember Fidel? Assuming his legacy as his own, bravely and steadfastly confronting imperialism, working and thinking for and for the people, fighting for a better world to be possible.
The Vice-Rector of the Higher Institute of International Relations and Hero of the Republic of Cuba, Gerardo Hernandez, reiterated the call for a Tuitazo as part of the tribute to the revolutionary leader.
On the steps of the University of Havana, the University Student Federation, the Young Communist League and the people will participate this Monday in a cultural political evening to remember the Commander-in-Chief.
