CIENFUEGOS, Cuba. – Training in higher education centers focused the analysis at the second Methodological Scientific Conference held at the University of Cienfuegos.

The program included work in commissions and the presentation of panels on the relations between undergraduate and postgraduate, exchanges with agencies of the Central State Administration, and the use of new technologies in the educational teaching process.

Doctor of Science Eloy Arteaga Valdes asserts that the University of Cienfuegos has suffered several changes according the current times.

Dr. Arteaga argued that if the center of higher education´s structures and processes are transformed as an institution, its teaching-learning procedures must also change for the future professionals.
