The First Havana Poetry Biennial begun on Monday with reading sessions of the work by intellectuals Nancy Morejon, Arthur Richard Flower and Yu Er, at the headquarters of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC, in Spanish).
Graphic humorists from 43 countries are competing in Cuba from March 31 to April 3 in the framework of the 21st International Graphic Humor Biennial in San Antonio de los Baños, southwest of Havana.
Over 300 artists and individual and collective projects from 52 countries will participate in the 13th Havana Biennial, scheduled from from April 12 to May 12 in the Cuban capital, organizers confirmed on Saturday.
Creators from many countries will join at the 2nd Havana Design Biennial (BDHabana 2019) to be held from May 20 to June 16, announced Wednesday a statement from its organizers.
