Havana, Cuba.- Delegates from six countries will attend the 3th International Technology and Health Convention from Monday in this capital, the organizers confirmed at a press conference.
The event will bring together professionals, technicians, students and executives from Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, Bolivia, Peru and the host country in Havana’s Convention Center, stated the vice president of the event María Lazo.
According to Lazo, the meeting is aimed to foster scientific, pedagogical and methodological exchange in the field of health technology, the youngest area of the medical sciences.
The event also intends to promote the development of research in health systems and services, to establish cooperative relationships between national and foreign institutions, and strengthen scientific, social and cultural links.
The convention in session until March 31st includes congresses, symposiums, workshops, conferences and meetings covering various current issues.
