The Kings of Spain will visit Cuba from November 12 to 14.

HAVANA, Cuba.- The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation confirmed in an official statement the State trip to Cuba of King Philip VI and Queen Letizia from next November 12 to 14.

This trip is part of the events commemorating the fifth Centenary of the foundation of Havana, and will serve to reflect, at the highest level, the excellence and intensity of bilateral relations between the Republic of Cuba and the Kingdom of Spain.

During their stay in Cuban territory, the monarchs will be accompanied by acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Acting Cooperation, Josep Borrell.

During a recent meeting in Havana, Borrell and his counterpart Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, described as a historic milestone in the relationship between the two countries, the visit of the King and the Queen of Spain, the first one to occur officially to Cuba.
