Huawei seeks to boost sales in Russia.

BEIJING, China. – Chinese telecoms giant Huawei has contacted several Russian companies to create joint ventures, and using its technologies to increase its sales in Russia significantly.

The Chinese corporation would be interested in using the Elbrus processor, and has been negotiating for months to create a joint venture, although the talks are still at an early stage.

Huawei’s founder says his operating system is possibly better than those of Google and Apple; and once the concession of licenses is completed, they will sell their computers and servers, both in Russia and in other Asian markets.

Sources confirmed that Huawei Company has intensified its presence in the Russian market following hostile actions by the United States, which softened its stance after the meeting of Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping.
