14 March, 2019 Cuba Declares National Monument to American Cemetery

In the special Isle of Youth municipality, in western Cuba, the cemetery of those who migrated from the United States to settle in that territory was declared a National Monument on Wednesday.

The 9th Cuban Congress on Psychiatrics opened in Havana on Wednesday with the participation of some 100 experts from the Americas, Europe and Australia, who will analyze the boundaries of that medical branch regarding new technologies.
