Santiago de Cuba, cuba.-The second Venezuelan ship laden with humanitarian aid to contribute to repair de damage caused by Hurricane Matthew in eastern Cuba arrived on Sunday in the Guillermon Moncada Port, from where the cargo will be distributed immediately.
