MATANZAS, Cuba. – For the first time, Cuba will host the Latin American Congress of Telecommunications, planned in the western province of Matanzas from June 11 to 15.
According to the agenda, the event will gather in Varadero the main actors of the Digital Ecosystem of Latin America, in order to analyze issues such as public policies to boost innovation and competition in the age of convergence.
The new mechanisms of investment in broadband infrastructures, and the public-private collaboration to achieve sustainable models in the digital industry, excel among other topics.
In its sixth edition, the Latin American Congress of Telecommunications, which will be held at Melia Marina Varadero Hotel, will also develop collateral activities, including work meetings and exchanges of experience among experts in the region.
