HAVANA, Cuba. – Members of different unions gave a warm welcome this Thursday in Havana, to assailants to Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes barracks, and expeditionaries of Granma yacht, at the headquarters of the Workers’ Central Union of Cuba (CTC).

Ulises Guilarte of Nacimiento, secretary general of CTC, welcomed the outstanding revolutionaries, who expressed their satisfaction for the reunion with representatives of the Cuban trade union movement.

The leader of the Cuban workers explained to the visitors the prioritized tasks of the Workers’ Central Union and the national unions in the attention to the more than three million state, non-state and retired members.

The meeting with the group of revolutionary combatants makes part of CTC´s program for the 64th anniversary of July 26.
