Cuba’s Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodriguez, strongly rejected this Monday the US Government’s decision to authorize lawsuits against the island, although Washington extended for another 30 days the full application of Title III of the Helms-Burton Act.
Last February 17, the State Department and the U.S. Embassy in Havana reported for the first time the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Cuban diplomatic headquarters in Washington, the occurrence of alleged acoustic attacks between November 2016 and February 2017.
