The second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Jose Ramon Machado Ventura presented the flag in Jose Marti Memorial to the Cuban delegation representing Cuba at the 19th Worldwide Festival of Youth and Students, in the Russian city of Sochi.
