Havana, Cuba.- The Havana Latin American Stadium will host all the games of the 7th bilateral Series between the teams of Cuba and the US from next July 10 to 15, announced today Cuban national commissioner ,Yovani Aragon.

In remarks to Radio Rebelde, Aragon stated the series was moved forward some days; it was first scheduled from 13 to 18 of the same month in order to be part of the Cuban baseball player preparation to participate in the Central American and Caribbean Games of Barranquilla, Colombia, from July 19 to August 3.

Games between Cuban and US players restarted in a second phase in July 2012 and since them 6 series have been played, 4 of which have been won by the North Americans, with a favorable balance of 16 wins and 14 losses.

Before arriving in Cuba, the US team will play another friendship series hosting China Taipei from June 28 to July 2 and with Japan from July 3 to 8.

Results of the last 6 Cuba -US matches:

2012- Cuba 3-2 (all games were at Havana stadium) 2013- United States 5-0.

2014- Cuba 5-0 (in Pinar del Rio and Matanzas).

2015- United States 3-2.

2016- United States 3-2 (in Ciego de Ávila, Havana and Pinar del Rio)

2017- United States 3-2.
