HAVANA, Cuba.- The Secretary of the State Council, Homero Acosta Alvarez, received Dr. Hector Arce Zaconeta, Minister of Justice and Institutional Transparency of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, who pays an official visit to Cuba.

During the talks, both parties highlighted the state of relations between their Governments and peoples, as well as the possibilities of continuing fortifying them in the work of their Ministries of Justice.

Cuban Minister of Justice Oscar Silveira Martinez attended the fraternal exchange along with other Cuban and Bolivian officials, and they talked about their experiences in the constitutional processes of Cuba and Bolivia.

The island maintains excellent brotherly relations with Bolivia; in addition, it has cooperated through educational and health missions with the Bolivian people.
