SANTIAGO DE CUBA, Cuba.- Army General Raul Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, and Miguel Diaz-Canel, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, attended this Tuesday April 23 the inauguration of  Cuba-Vietnam Friendship Special School, in Santiago de Cuba.

In the central speech of the cultural political ceremony, Minister of Education Ena Elsa Velazquez highlighted the new center is a dream of Fidel and Raul come true to form children with special educational needs.

Beatriz Johnson, president of the Government in Santiago de Cuba, thanked those who made possible this work, full of sensitivity and revolutionary humanism.

Cuba-Vietnam Friendship Special School inaugurated this Tuesday is at Boniato Popular Council, in Santiago de Cuba, and opens with a registration of 120 students from the eastern provinces.
