SANCTI SPIRITUS, Cuba.- The national president of the University Student Federation (FEU), Raul Alejandro Palmero, said this Wednesday that Cuban university students have the task of getting a cultural revolution able to reach all neighborhoods.

During the preparation sessions with a view to the ninth Congress of the organization, the leader exchanged with students and professors of the university centers of Sancti Spiritus on the internal functioning of FEU and the political and ideological preparation.

The also member of the Council of State affirmed that the organization constitutes the most important social network of the Cuban university youth.

The assemblies held in Sancti Spiritus allowed the debate between students and leaders as part of the process of the ninth Congress of FEU, which celebrates its 95th anniversary this year.
