HAVANA, Cuba. – PhD Damian Perez Guillerme, Titular Professor at the Enrique Jose Varona Pedagogical Sciences University, was elected as direct delegate to the 19th Worldwide Festival of Youth and Students, in Sochi.

At 35, he has already attained the highest academic degree and the highest level of teaching, but none of it prevents him from being and feeling young, enthusiastic and impetuous.

Perez Guillerme was very excited this Tuesday, when he received the direct delegate´s credential to Sochi from Aymara Guzman, of the National Bureau of the Young Communist League of Cuba.

Perez Guillerme said, I appreciate infinitely the collective selected me, but it makes me happier this recognition to our university and the possibility of representing a cloister of excellence, my students and each one of the young people who are formed here.
