PINAR DEL RIO, Cuba. – With the presence of the Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Jose Ramon Machado Ventura, thousands of people marched in Pinar del Rio along the main street of the provincial capital.

Cuban Revolution fighters headed the parade for the proletarian party in Vueltabajo, followed by forestry and tobacco farmers, followed by Trade, Gastronomy and Services unions.

Along with Machado Ventura, in the grandstand it was Gladys Martinez Verdecia, First Secretary of the Party in Pinar del Rio, as well as other leaders representing the State.

With the motto Unity, Commitment and Victory people in Pinar del Rio marched flying photos of Marti, Maceo, Fidel, Raul and Miguel Diaz-Canel.
