She pointed out the willingness of the German Economic Office to collaborate with the Cuban tourist sector progress and also stated that many of her fellow countrymen has already visited the island and showed their dynamic interest in Cuban landscapes, culture and traditions.

Germany is the guest nation of honor for the 37th International Tourism Fair FITCuba 2017 (May 3 through 6). In 2016, 242,355 Germans have arrived in Cuba, accounting for a 38-percent growth, and reached the third issuing market.
