HAVANA, Cuba. – The President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel, received this Tuesday in the Palace of the Revolution in Havana, Veronica Nataniel Macamo Dlovo, President of the Assembly of the Republic of Mozambique, who pays an official visit to Cuba.

During the talks, the African legislator considered that her visit to Cuba is important, both for her people and for the relations between both parliaments, and that she will be able to know the Cuban experience in this area.

Macamo Dlovo passed on greetings of the President of Mozambique, Filipe Nyussi, and expressed his solidarity with the victims of the recent tornado that struck areas of Havana.

Diaz-Canel also asked the visitor to greet the Mozambican President, highlighted political exchange and bilateral solidarity and recalled that the ties between the two peoples are based on the brotherhood of Samora Machel and Fidel Castro.
