HAVANA, Cuba. – The 28th Caravan of the United States-Cuba Friendship, led by Pastors for Peace, arrived this Thursday in Cuba, where it will support the claims for the end of the economic, financial and commercial blockade imposed from Washington.
According to the executive director of Pastors for Peace, Gail Walker, US President Donald Trump will be required to keep the advancements driven by his predecessor, Barack Obama.
Walker added that the caravan brings a symbolic donation of first-urgency drugs to Cuba, as a protest to the still-existing restrictions of the North American blockade.
The Caravan of Friendship began last April a tour through fifty American cities, to inform about the Cuban reality and Trump’s attempts to reverse the process of normalization of relations.
