HAVANA, Cuba.- The ideal stage for researchers, executives and technical personnel to dialogue and exchange experiences around the role of gastronomy and services in the Cuban economy, will be the first Trade Convention become from today and until next Friday.

The meeting will be in the Conventions Palace of Havana, with an exhibition fair, prior to a tour in the morning by some units of the retail network of Havana.

Keynote speeches, lectures, roundtables, culinary exhibitions and the Cuban cantina, as well as sales and launching of new products, will be part of the program of first Trade Convention.

Some 500 participants from Cuba and countries such as Spain, Bolivia, Peru, Mexico, Panama, and Vietnam meet at the convention.
