Rafael Correa denounces the closing of his Facebook page.

 

BRUSSELS, Belgium. –Former Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa attributed the blocking of his page in Facebook to a political motivation, referring to the dissemination of the case known as Ina Papers.

Correa accused this Thursday to current Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno of removing asylum to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange and deliver him to the British police, after that site published documents on Moreno’s relationship with corrupt activities that enriched the him and his family.

The issue was aggravated because WikiLeaks, which has no contact with Assange, reported very serious cases of corruption of Moreno, and Correa said that the current President could go to prison, but before that, he wants to die killing.

For its part, Facebook confirmed the closure of Rafael Correa, for an alleged breach of its security policies.
