Putin and Trump talked on the situation in Ukraine and Syria.

HAMBURG, Germany.- Russian President Vladimir Putin explained what issues he discussed with his American counterpart Donald Trump, during the two-hour meeting they held in Hamburg within the G20 Summit.

At the beginning of his meeting with Japan’s Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, Putin explained he had a very long conversation with the American President in which both politicians addressed issues such as the situations in Ukraine and Syria, as well as some bilateral subjects.

The meeting between U.S. and Russian leaders extended for more than two hours, although it was initially planned to last only thirty minutes.

The leaders of G20 arrived in Hamburg to discuss the most pressing problems of economy and world politics, and in that coverage the President of Russia met with his American counterpart.
