The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) rejected the United States ‘ decision, in plot with Israel, to close the seat of the Palestinian diplomatic representation in Washington.

The Palestinian authorities will not be deterred from seeking action by the International Criminal Court against Israel, Saeb Erekat, Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the organization said this Monday.

Erekat also stated that the Palestinian people´s rights are not for sale that they would not succumb to the threats and harassment of Washington, and thus continued to call on the International Criminal Court to open its immediate investigation on Israeli crimes.

The Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of PLO warned that this dangerous escalation shows that the United States is willing to disband the international system to protect Israeli attacks against Palestine, as well as against peace and security in the region.
