BRAZILIA, Brazil. – Former presidents of Uruguay Jose Mujica and Brazil´s Luiz Inacio Lula de Silva will talk about the situation in South America on February 27, in the frontier town of Santana do Livramento, after which the fourth stage of the Lula for Brazil Caravan will start.

The tour will finish on March 7 in Curitiba, where the Brazilian political leader was condemned by federal judge Sergio Moro without providing any evidence of his alleged guilt.

On the third tour Lula said that if he were to win again the presidency he would call a referendum revoke all the outrages of Michel Temer´s coup government.

Sentenced in the second instance to twelve years in prison, Lula remains a favorite to win the first round of the next October presidential elections with a great advantage over any of his rivals.
