CARACAS, Cuba.- The President of the National Constituent Assembly, Delcy Rodriguez highlighted this Wednesday the diversification of economy as the way to overcome the rentier model used in the war of the international right against Venezuela.

In the opening of the Productive Economy National Council, in the Simon Bolivar Hall of Petroleos de Venezuela headquarters, Rodriguez argued the new model must be linked to the promotion of international economic relations on the basis of equality and non-submission.

“We want an external relationship that allows us to develop the potentialities the Bolivarian Nation has, in the condition of complete equality to stifle the economic war,” she emphasized.

The President of the National Constituent Assembly emphasized the recovery of the financial field represents an important challenge for the national economy, applying the culture of full confidence between consumers and producers.

Measures against Boycott to Economy

Members of the National Constituent Assembly proposed this Wednesday a set of measures to curb the economic war facing Venezuela.
During his speech at the Productive Economy National Council, Willy Casanova presented initiatives on the access to finance and productive credit, enabling more efficient marketing and distribution mechanisms, as well as urgent measures to control prices.

Casanova also suggested the impulse of a local and territorial economy, for which it is necessary the socialization of wealth´s generation so that all the people can participate in the economic fact.

Willy Casanova pointed out that all the Venezuelan people hopes that after resolving peace, national efforts would also be devoted to the second problem overwhelming the country, the family and local economy.
