Havana, Cuba.- With the ambition to expand and diversify trade between member states of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and Cuba, a business forum will be held on Wednesday in Havana.

The Cuban Chamber of Commerce announced that president of the EEC Board of Directors, Tigran Sargsyan, chairs the foreign delegation that will meet with the Cuban business community on Wednesday afternoon at the National Hotel of Cuba.

This business forum is part of the work program the delegation will develop in Havana from February 6 to 8, with the key objective of holding the First Session of the Joint Commission for collaboration between the Cuban government and the EEC, the report detailed.

The Forum agenda includes a presentation of the trading company Caribex, whose range of exclusive Cuban products can be sold successfully in the Eurasian Commission member countries, given its known quality and demand in that region, the statement highlighted.

The meeting will also allow Cuban companies with potential in this market to exchange knowledge about the organization´s mechanisms for mutually beneficial economic cooperation between the sides.
