Esteban Lazo en Vietnam, 2017.

HANOI, Vietnam.-The president of the National Assembly of People´s Power of Cuba, Esteban Lazo, paid tribute this Wednesday in Hanoi, to the independentist heroes Jose Marti and Ho Chi Minh, at the beginning of the third day of his official visit to Vietnam.

Accompanied by Nguyen Van Giau, director of the Vietnamese Parliament´s Foreign Relations Committee, the Cuban delegation went to the central park where Marti´ bust bust is located to honor him with a floral offering.

Later they honored the father of Vietnam’s independence, Ho Chi Minh, in his mausoleum and, as he toured his house museum, the President of the National Assembly of Cuba highlighted in the Book of Visitors the ethical and human values of Uncle Ho.

The representation of Caribbean country then moved to the northern province of Son La, where they were was received by local authorities and toured places of social and economic interest.
