cuba-vietnam-colaboracionHavana, Cuba.-The 24th Session of the Inter-Government Commission between Cuba and Vietnam concluded today in the capital, with the signing of important agreements to consolidate the bilateral relations in the economic and technological-scientific areas.

Before business people from both countries, the Cuban minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Investment and Economic Collaboration, Rodrigo Malmierca, asserted that the meeting contributed to strengthening the relations between both countries, governments and their respective parties.

He highlighted that there was a challenge left, which is to take economic relations to the level of excellency that characterizes political relations between Cuba and Vietnam.

Both sides are ready to work jointly, with strength and intensity, to make our projects a reality, he explained.

He also asserted that a bilateral economic agenda had been confirmed, with a mid-term approach and the projects in priority sectors, such as tourism, construction and health.
