The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, begins a tour of Europe, who will take him to several countries.

Rodriguez Parrilla plans to participate in the first Cuba-European Union Joint Council, which will be held tomorrow in Brussels. He will be in Geneva on Wednesday to present the national report of Cuba to the third cycle of the Universal Periodic Review of the UN Human Rights Council.
