Havana, Cuba.- The delegations coming from all the country’s provinces will arrive in Havana this week, after completing in June an intense calendar of assemblies at that level, in which the achievements and directions of the FEU were addressed.

The conclave will involve 400 delegates and 100 guests representing the 125,000 students that are the oldest mass organization in the country, guided by the currency Revolution, a formula to win, our mission is to fulfill.

Hence, the main debates will focus on the role of Cuban university students in the continuity of the Revolution and the improvement of socialism.

The 9th Congress was convened on January 27 in the March of the Torches, tribute to the National Hero, Jose Marti for the anniversary of his birth.

First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, Raúl Castro; Second Secretary, José Ramón Machado Ventura; as well as the President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel, stand out as Delegates of Honor among the participants of the meeting.
