Havana, Cuba.-The Culinary Association of Cuba,FACRC, has graduated 24 Chefs of international ranking in its course corresponding to 2016-2017.

One of the teachers according to a press release from that organization, Jorge Junco, expressed recognition for the quality of the group that was graduated in this ocassion.

FACRC presidente, Chef Eddy Fernández, mentioned the importance of preparing international chefs as to support the increasing tourism to Cuba.

The organization started the teaching program in 2012 with courses lasting one year located at the ArteChef project in the capital.

Later on, conditions for these courses were also created in other provinces like Granma,Holguín,and Ciego de Ávila.

Cuba last year welcomed 4,2 millon visitors,many of them interested in the culinary art.
