Cuba hosts panel on culture and nation

With the screening of short film ”Diario” (Diary), of young movie maker Juan Carlos Alom, the 18th Youth Film Festival opens on Tuesday in Havana.
The 9th Cuban Congress on Psychiatrics opened in Havana on Wednesday with the participation of some 100 experts from the Americas, Europe and Australia, who will analyze the boundaries of that medical branch regarding new technologies.
The 11th Congress on Marine Sciences began on Monday in Havana with the participation of experts from Latin America, Europe and the United States, engaged in the study of maritime protection and the proper use of the species living there.
