HAVANA, Cuba. – On the morning of this Sunday February 24, the first Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Army General Raul Castro Ruz exercised his right to vote in an electoral college in the municipality of Playa, to endorse the new Constitution of the Republic of Cuba.

After depositing his ballot, Raul exchanged with the students who guarded the ballot boxes and with the members of the electoral college.
